Start by getting a muffin pan and wrap the bacon slices around each cup. Brush the bacon slices with your favorite BBQ sauce. Set aside.
Note: if you want the bacon to be crispy, you can cook them halfway through before putting it into the muffin tins.
Cut the smoked sausage into 1-inch slices and place on the center of each cup on the muffin tray.
In a mixing bowl, add the jalapeño cream cheese, sour cream, sharp cheddar cheese, chives, and pepper. Whisk until well combined. If you don’t want it to be too spicy, just use regular cream cheese.
Grab the muffin tin. Scoop the cream cheese mixture with an ice cream scoop and fill each cup.
Place the sliced jalapeño peppers on top.
Place inside the oven and bake for about 30 minutes at 350F.
