I absolutely love the beef marinade. The combination of garlic, soy sauce, dark soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, baking soda, cornstarch, water, and oil, adds amazing flavor to the meat. In fact, it’s the most flavorful beef stir fry that I have ever cooked at home. I’m sure you’ll like this recipe and it will instantly become one of your top favorite rice dishes.

Add the sliced beef in a bowl, followed by the minced garlic, soy sauce, dark soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, baking soda, corn starch, and water. Mix everything well, then add the oil. Mix again until it’s well incorporated.
Place a pan over medium high heat and add 1 tablespoon of oil. Once hot, add the beaten egg and scramble until cooked. Transfer to a plate.
In the same pan, add 1 tablespoon of oil. Once hot, add the marinated beef. Once it changes in color add 2 teaspoons of rice wine. Cook until browned, then add 1 1/2 teaspoon of dark soy sauce and mix well well.
Add the chopped onion and white part of green onion to the pan with the beef. Cook for a few seconds, then transfer to a plate.
In the same pan, add the cooked rice and separate them with your spatula. Add 1 teaspoon of dark soy sauce and toss well until the color changes. Season with 1/4 teaspoon of salt and mix again.
Bring back the egg, beef, and onion to the pan. Toss everything to combine. Sprinkle the chopped green onion and toss again. Serve and enjoy!
