Preheat your oven to 350°F, then prepare a 9×13-inch baking dish, and set it aside for later. Remove the corn from the husks, then slice off the kernels from the corn using a sharp knife, then make sure to scrape the cob all the way down to remove all of the bits including the creamy milk inside, and add them to a large and deep bowl. Add the diced red bell peppers and jalapenos to the same bowl, then pour in the heavy cream and milk, and season them with salt to taste and a generous amount of pepper. Add the butter slices, then give them a good mix until well combined and distributed, and pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish. Place it in the preheated oven, then allow it to bake for about 30 to 45 minutes or until thoroughly warmed, and serve. Enjoy!
