Horse owners use pine-sol to keep their horses fly-free. To make your pine-sol fly repellant, mix 1/3 cup of water, 1/3 cup of vinegar, and 1/3 cup of original scent pine-sol. Spray it as needed.
Pine-sol can also kill wasps, hornets, yellow jackets, and bees. Just mix 80% pine-sol and 20% water in a spray bottle and spray the areas you want to keep free from these stinging pests.

If you have trouble with your pets peeing in the house, pine-sol is a good way to stop that behavior. Just clean the area, then spray it with pine-sol and water.
