A few weeks ago, I was really craving cinnamon rolls and I thought, why don’t just I try making it at home? That way, I can have them any time I want and freshly baked, too! While looking on the internet for a recipe that I can try, I found this video tutorial by Jackie’s Southern Soul on YouTube, and I immediately knew that this is going to be one of my favorites. I followed the recipe and I was really happy with the result because the cinnamon rolls taste just as good as the ones that I always order from my favorite cafe.
Cinnamon Rolls
Glaze
Step 1
Generously grease a 9×13-inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray, then pour the heavy whipping cream all over the bottom, unwrap the cinnamon rolls, and place them all over the bottom making sure to reserve the frosting it came with for later. In a separate medium-sized mixing bowl, add the melted butter, cinnamon, and brown sugar, then whisk them all together until combined and incorporated, and pour it all over the cinnamon rolls.

Step 2
Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil, then place it in the preheated oven, and allow it to bake at 350°F for about 45 to 50 minutes or until most of the cream is absorbed. In another bowl, add the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract, then whisk them all together until well combined, and then add the milk along with the reserved canned frosting. Continue to whisk them together until combined, then pour it over the freshly baked cinnamon rolls, and spread it evenly. Serve and enjoy!
