This 5-minute old-fashioned lemon icebox pie by Collard Valley Cooks is absolutely fantastic. It’s very easy and quick to prepare and only requires about 5 ingredients. This is the perfect treat for someone who loves sweets and lemons but is too lazy to make a cake or other desserts. The combination of sweet, citrusy, and zesty flavors of this treat is so good. I always make this at home, and my family loves it. Try it now–I am sure you will enjoy it too. Read on or watch the video below for full instructions.

Add two cans of sweetened condensed milk into a large bowl. Next, add the lemon juice and 3 egg yolks. Whisk until well combined.
Transfer the mixture to your pie crust. Spread it evenly to the pie crust. It will set up but not like a lemon meringue pie.
Get one lemon slice and cut from the center to the edge and break the skin. Curl it and put it on top of your pie. Sprinkle lemon zest on the top.
Place the pie in the refrigerator for about an hour or more.
Transfer cool whip into a piping bag with a star tip, then squeeze it around your cake.
Slice, serve on a plate, and enjoy while cold!
