- 3.5 oz of mascarpone cheese
- 2 eggs

- 3.5 oz of sweet chocolate
- 6.8 oz of heavy cream

Instructions:
Step 1:
Cut the sweet chocolate into pieces. Place a small saucepan and add the cream – heat at 176 Fahrenheit. Once hot, add the chopped chocolates and stir until melted.
Step 2:
Add the cream cheese and mascarpone cheese to a bowl and mix until well combined using a silicone spatula.
Step 3:
In a different bowl, add 2 eggs and 2.5 tablespoons of sugar. Whisk until well combined.
Step 4:
Add a small amount of the egg-sugar mixture to the cheese, then mix until it becomes smooth. Pour the remaining mixture into 2 more batches, mixing after every addition.
Step 5:
Mix the chocolate cream then add to the cream cheese mixture. Stir until it becomes light brown and smooth.
Step 6:
Get a piece of parchment paper and crumple it. Take the bottom of the springform pan and cover it with the crumpled parchment paper to make a crease and get the circle form. Remove it then place the bottom back in the pan, followed by the parchment paper. Cut excess.
Step 7:
Pour the mixture into the pan. Shake and thump it a little bit to remove air bubbles.
Step 8:
Place in the preheated oven and bake at 446 Fahrenheit for about 23 to 28 minutes.
Step 9:
Once done baking, let it cool for a little while then place in the refrigerator overnight.
Step 10:
Remove from the pan and take off the parchment paper. Slice, serve, and enjoy!
