On a hot sunny day, all I want is a cold treat to freshen me up. But sometimes, they contain dairy and refined sugars that I am trying to lessen. If you like a healthy dessert like me, try this homemade Neapolitan ice cream by Clean & Delicious. It has a thick and creamy consistency that is so addicting. This recipe is super easy to make – just toss everything in a food processor and transfer it into your container. Read on or watch the video below for full instructions.
Add all ingredients to a food processor or high-speed blender and blend until thick and creamy. Transfer into a loaf pan and push all to occupy 1/3 of the pan. Place in the freezer.

Add everything to a food processor or high-speed blender until it has a thick and creamy consistency. Transfer into the last 3rd of the pan. Put in the freezer.
Note: Freeze the ice cream for a minimum of 2 hours or until it is set up and easy to scoop. If you leave it for too long in the freezer, it will become hard. Scoop in individual bowls and enjoy!
