If you love the peanut butter and chocolate combination, you will surely love these little circles of fun from Bincy Chris on Youtube. These cookies are not just so easy to make, but they also taste divine. The ingredients are also simple; I bet you already have them in your kitchen. Watch the video below to learn the full recipe.
Combine 1 & 1/2 all-purpose flour, 1/2 tsp baking soda, and 1/4 tsp salt in a mixing bowl and stir together. In another bowl, combine 1/2 cup of softened butter, 3/4 cup of peanut butter, 1/2 cup of brown sugar, and 1/2 cup of white granulated sugar. Mix well with a handheld mixer, scraping down the sides of the bowl in between. Mix it for about three to four minutes, then add 1 tsp vanilla extract and one egg. Continue mixing until combined. Now, add the dry ingredients and mix them together until there is no trace of the flour mixture. After mixing, cover the bowl with plastic wrap and chill it in the fridge for 35 to 45 minutes or until the dough is cold.

Once the dough is firm and cold, remove it from the fridge. Now, take just small portions of dough (about 1 tbsp) using a spoon or any scooper available. Roll it into a ball and place it on a baking tray lined with parchment paper. (Make sure to have uniformed size cookies so they will bake evenly.) Leave about 2 inches of space between the cookies as each will expand when baked. After this, bake the cookies at 350 degrees F oven for ten to twelve minutes. After baking, remove them from the oven and let them sit for about two minutes, then press a kisses chocolate on top of each cookie.
