Wrap the plastic basket with jute string all the way around. Secure it with hot glue.
Glue 4 pieces of long wooden sticks in each corner using hot glue, then use heavy-duty tape to secure them on the edge.
Blow air into a big balloon. It should be large enough to fit on the wooden sticks. Use masking tape to secure the balloons to the sticks.
Blow air into the small balloons. Start sticking dual tissue tape on each one, then stick them around the big balloon. Make sure to alternate the colors for the design.
Once you are done covering the big balloon, you might see some spaces in between. Make smaller balloons to fill up those spots.
Place the teddy bear onto the basket.
