Crack 2 eggs in a bowl and beat for 1 minute. Next, add 1/2 cup of sugar and whisk until fluffy.
Add 1/4 cup of oil and 1 teaspoon of vanilla essence. Mix well until well combined.
Sift a cup of flour and a teaspoon of baking powder into the mixture, then add 3 tablespoons of milk. Mix using a spatula until well combined and smooth.
Add 2 to 3 tablespoons of the batter to a small bowl. Sift a teaspoon of cocoa powder, then add a teaspoon of milk. Mix it until well combined and free of lumps.
Grease your muffin tray with oil, then add the cupcake liners. Pour three tablespoons of batter into each cup. Once done, thump the tray to remove the air bubbles.
Transfer the chocolate mixture to a piping bag or plastic. Cut one corner, then squeeze it into your cupcake batter. Make different patterns. Use the stick to create the marble effect.
Place in a preheated oven at 356F and bake for about 12 to 15 minutes. Once done, remove the cupcakes from the tray and let them cool for a bit. Serve and enjoy!
