I have tried a lot of dip recipes before but I’ve never been so amazed as I was with this easy and simple version by Jasmine’s Kitchen on YouTube! This yummy s’mores dip is perfect to pair with any of your favorite crackers or put on top of your favorite bread, whichever it is you decide on, one thing is for sure, you’ll want bite after another bite. You can double the recipe and make a larger batch if you want to share it with the whole family and enjoy it together while watching your favorite show. I hope you love this recipe as much as I did!
Step 1
Break apart the Hershey chocolate bars, then put them in a small cast iron skillet pan, and pour the heavy cream. Place the skillet pan in a preheated oven, then let it melt at 350°F for about 5 minutes, and remove it from the oven. While waiting for the chocolate to melt in the oven, crush the graham crackers until fine crumbs, then set it aside, and grab the skillet with the melted chocolate and heavy cream.

Step 2
Using a whisk start stirring them together until combined and smooth, then sprinkle the graham cracker crumbs all over the top until covered, and spread the mini marshmallows on top until completely covered as well. Put the skillet back in the oven, then let it broil at 475°F for about 2 minutes or until the top is slightly burnt. Serve along with your favorite crackers and enjoy!
