Breakfast is made extra special with these fluffy soft eggs on crispy garlic toast by 쿠킹하루 Cooking Haru 🙂. Once you try this, you will never go back to making regular scrambled eggs! The combination of cheese, crispy bacon, and different sauces is amazing. Read on or watch the video below for full instructions.

Beat 4 eggs in a bowl. Add 1/2 tablespoon of sugar, 1/2 teaspoon of salt, and 6 tablespoons of milk. Mix until well combined.
Place a pan over low heat and add a generous amount of cooking oil. Once the oil is hot, pour the egg mixture. Move the egg quickly so that they are cooked soft. Divide it into 3. Make holes in the eggs to let the upper part cook.
Spread some cooking oil into a different pan and put the slices of bacon. Cook until crispy and set aside.
Make the first sauce. Put butter in a microwavable bowl and melt in the microwave. Add 1.5 tablespoons of honey, 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise, 1 to 1.5 teaspoons of minced garlic, and 1 teaspoon of parsley. Mix until well combined.
Make the second sauce. In a different bowl, combine 2 tablespoons of condensed milk and 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise.
For the third sauce, mix 1 tablespoon of sriracha sauce and 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise in a different bowl.
Get 2 slices of bread. Apply the butter garlic sauce on one side of the bread slices and spread.
Place a pan over low heat, then place the toast with the sauce side down. Once browned, flip and toast the other side with butter. When done, press the middle and fold the toast in V-shape. Place on a small box container.
Apply the second sauce to half of the toast, then the third sauce to the other half. Add the cheese and bacon slices. Put 1/2 of the egg on it. Drizzle it with sauce 2 (put it in a small plastic bag). Sprinkle dried parsley on top. Repeat for the second slice.
