I just learned this no-bake laughing bread recipe by Vinastar Channel, and it sure is tasty! It’s super easy to prepare and doesn’t require a lot of ingredients. The outside is crunchy, and the inside is soft – the perfect snack when you are hungry. Read on or watch the video below for full instructions.

In a big mixing bowl, add 1 medium egg, 4 tablespoons of sugar, 1 tablespoon of water, 1 and 1/2 tablespoon of cooking oil, 1/2 teaspoon of salt, 3/4 teaspoon of baking soda, and 1 teaspoon of vanilla. Stir until the sugar dissolves.
Gradually add the all-purpose flour into the mixture while gently mixing. Once it forms into a dough, knead it for a little bit. You don’t need to knead it too much as you don’t want the gluten to build up.
Transfer the dough to a plate, then form it into small balls.
Add the sesame seeds to a container and prepare a large bowl filled with water.
Get a strainer, and put some of the balls inside. Dip the balls in the water using the strainer, then transfer them to the sesame seeds. Toss until all the balls are coated.
Get one ball, roll it, and slightly press the sesame seeds. Repeat for the remaining balls.
Pour a generous amount of oil into a pot and heat until it’s 338 Fahrenheit.
Place the balls and let the oil come to a boil. Reduce the heat to medium to low flame. Sink the balls in a circular motion using a spatula while deep frying them for about 5 minutes until golden brown.
Remove from oil using a slotted spoon and transfer to a plate lined with a paper towel. Enjoy!
