I discovered this sweet banana cheese french toast just recently when a friend gave it to me after lunch. It was so delicious that I immediately asked how to make it after my first bite. If you are looking for a snack or dessert that has the perfect balance of sweetness and saltiness, definitely go for this recipe by 쿠킹하루 Cooking Haru 🙂.

Get slices of bread and cut the brown part on each side.
Flatten each slice using a rolling pin.
Crack four eggs in a bowl, then add two tablespoons of milk, a pinch of salt, and half a tablespoon of sugar. Beat until well combined, then set it aside.
Peel the bananas. Slice them in half then cut them slightly smaller than the sliced bread.
Apply the egg mixture on one side of the bread using a silicone brush.
Put a small slice of mozzarella cheese and one banana, then roll it. Press the edges to close it. Do the same for the remaining ingredients.
Flatten each one, then dip them in the egg mixture.
Add butter and cooking oil to a pan over heat and let it melt. Dip each in the egg mixture one more time then put into the pan. Fry on all sides until slightly browned and cooked through. Add more butter to the pan if you will cook them in batches.
For garnish:
Cut the toasts in half, then serve with desired coating or dip.
