This tasty and fluffy egg recipe by N’Oven – Cake & Cookies on YouTube is now one of my go-to egg dishes to serve to my family. Not only is this tasty and easy to prepare, but it is a total upgrade from your usual omelet. This is also perfect if you have a limited time to prepare and only a few ingredients to use. Learn how now by reading the written instructions down below, and while you’re at it, watch the video tutorial as well.
Step 1
In a large mixing bowl, whisk the eggs until beaten, then add the sugar, and continue whisking together until the sugar has dissolved. Add the vanilla extract and salt, then give them a good whisk until well combined, and then stir in the milk until incorporated. Grease a 6-inch round baking dish with cooking oil, then place a strainer over the dish and pour the mixture. Using a toothpick, pop the bubbles that formed over the batter, then cover the dish, and set it aside.

Step 2
Place a large pot on a stove over medium-high heat, then place a steaming rack inside, and fill the pot with water. Bring the water to a boil, then remove the cover of the dish, and put it inside the pot. Cover the pot, then let the egg mixture steam and cook for about 35 to 40 minutes, and let it cool down. Once cooled, put the egg cake inside the refrigerator, then let it chill for about 1 hour, and unmold it upside down on a serving plate. Enjoy!
