A few days ago, I bought some chicken breasts, and eventually forgot about it until about 2 days later, I immediately searched for a recipe that I could use so that I can quickly use them for dinner later. I’ve come across a few but this one by Simply Mamá Cooks on YouTube stood out to me because she is using mostly leftover recipes like me and the rest of the ingredients used are pretty easy to look for in the store. I tried it and I was surprised by how delicious it turned out, even my family loved it so much that they requested that I make it more often.
Step 1
Put the chicken breasts in the crockpot, then add the salt, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper, and then cover it with the lid. Let the chicken cook over high setting for about 3 to 4 hours, then add the cream cheese, ranch seasoning, and Buffalo wing sauce, and cover it again with the lid letting it cook for an additional 1 hour and 30 minutes. After an hour and a half, shred the chicken, then put a handful of cheese in the crockpot, cover, and let cook over low setting while cooking the spaghetti.

Step 2
Fill a large pot with water, then bring it to a boil, and add some salt. Add the spaghetti and let it cook according to package instructions, then drain off all the water, and transfer the cooked spaghetti to the crockpot. Add the remaining cheese to the crockpot, then give them a good mix, and sprinkle some parsley all over the top. Serve and enjoy!
