If you still haven’t gotten over Thanksgiving and you still have some leftover turkey on your fridge, then you should give this yummy skillet recipe a try, and share it with your family. This delicious casserole recipe by Allrecipes on YouTube is super easy to put together and requires simple ingredients that you can find easily in the nearest grocery store, and some might even be already available in your pantry.
Step 1
Preheat your oven to 350°F or 175°C, then place an oven-proof skillet on a stove over medium heat, and add the butter letting it melt. Add the celery and onion, then stir them around, and let cook for about 10 minutes or until nice and soft. Next, add the cubed bread, then pour the chicken broth, and stir them together to combine. Remove the skillet pan from the stove, then set it aside, and in a separate mixing bowl, mix together the gravy and turkey until well combined.

Step 2
Scoop and transfer the turkey and gravy mixture over the top of the mixture in the skillet, then add the corn spreading it nice and even, and then layer the mashed potatoes on top. Put the skillet in the preheated oven, then let it bake for about 20 minutes or until cooked through, sprinkle cheddar cheese on top, and put it back in the oven to cook for an additional 10 minutes or until the cheese is melted.
