Step 1
In the bowl of a stand mixer or in a mixing bowl, add the powdered sugar, softened butter, and corn syrup, then mix them together for a few minutes or until nice and smooth, and more powdered sugar if they are too sticky. Once not sticking to your hands but are not too stiff, then they are ready. Divide them into four equal parts, then place them in separate bowls, add a drop of color that you want on each part, and mix them well until the color is evenly incorporated and uniform.

Step 2
Roll each colored ball until they are long, then place each of them in between parchment paper, and flatten with a rolling pin. Put them in the refrigerator, then let them sit and harden for about half an hour or until solid. Lay them on top of each other, then trim off the sides to make the edges straight, and roll them over lengthwise using the parchment paper underneath them. Slice them into round bite-sized patties, then coat them with melted chocolate, place them on a tray lined with parchment paper in a single layer, and let them harden. Serve and enjoy!
