In a small bowl, combine 1 tbsp black pepper, 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp turmeric powder, and 1 tsp paprika. Set aside. Next, sprinkle a light coating of oil all over the chicken breast and massage it onto both sides of the chicken, then rub the seasoning entirely all over the meat. After this, trim the broccoli down to small florets, then microwave them for three minutes. Now, in a saucepan over medium heat, add 1 & 1/2 cups of heavy cream and 1 & 1/2 cups of shredded cheddar cheese. Stir together until the cheese is fully melted, then add 1/4 cup of chicken broth, equal parts of black pepper, onion powder, and garlic powder, and continue mixing it to combine all the ingredients.

Next, put one roll of Ritz crackers in the food processor to crush them to a breadcrumb texture. After this, it’s time to assemble the casserole. Lay the chicken breasts down at the bottom of the casserole dish nicely, then add the broccoli. Sprinkle half of the crumbled crackers over the broccoli, then pour the layer of cheese sauce. Spread it evenly. Top it with the remaining crackers, then cover the dish with aluminum foil. Place the casserole in the preheated oven at 400 degrees F and bake for 45 minutes.
