Place your bowl and whisk in the fridge and chill for about 30 minutes.
Add 2 cups of whipping or heavy cream into the bowl. Beat using the cooled whisk until stiff peaks form. Once done, the whipped cream will look fluffy.
Add 1 cup of condensed milk and 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract into the whipped cream. Mix until well combined.
Pour the cream mixture into a mold and spread evenly using a spatula. Cover your mold with plastic wrap. Place it inside the freezer and keep it in there for at least 6 hours or overnight.
After 6 hours, remove the mold from the freezer and take off the plastic wrap. Scoop some of the vanilla ice cream and place it on your serving plate or bowl. Top it with sliced fresh fruits like strawberries or you can drizzle some of your favorite syrup on top. Enjoy it with friends or family!
