In a pan over medium-high heat, add a little bit of oil, then add the chopped onion. Cook it for three minutes, then add the chopped tomatoes along with 1 cup of hot green chili. Cook it for 2 minutes. After this, add the ground beef followed by 2 tsp of minced garlic and all of your spices (oregano, chili powder, garlic salt, salt, onion powder, ground cumin, and black pepper.) Break up the ground beef and cook them for about 7 to 8 minutes. After 8 minutes, turn off the heat and at this point, go ahead and preheat your oven to 350 degrees F.

Next, to make the jalapeno sauce, add the cream cheese in a blender followed by pickled jalapenos and 1/4 cup of its juice, and sour cream. Blend it all together until smooth, then transfer it to a bowl. After this, in your baking dish, add your favorite chips and top them with the ground beef mixture. Drizzle the jalapeno sauce over and top everything with shredded Mexican cheese. Place it in the preheated oven and bake for 8 to 10 minutes or until the cheese completely melts. While waiting, chop your lettuce and green onions for the toppings. After 8 minutes, remove the casserole from the oven and top it with your chopped lettuce, pico de Gallo, more jalapenos, and slices of avocados.
