Remove each piece from the yarn. Start gluing the ends of the flat bamboo sticks on the top round edge of the bowl until you fully cover it
Glue the jute yarn around the rim 4 times with hot glue. Use a lighter to remove the strands from the jute yarn. Let it dry completely.
Flip it upside down and slowly remove the small bowl.
Place the bamboo placemat with flat small sticks at the bottom of the shade and trace the circle. Once done, cut it using a sharp scissor. Put hot glue on the wrong side and place it on the remaining bamboo placemat with the wrong sides together.
With the shade still upside down, glue the round bamboo sticks on the rim of the shade. Let it dry. Next, glue the jute yarn around the circle four times with hot glue.
Cover the round border with jute yarn using hot glue. Remove the strands using a lighter. Once done, insert from the top of the shade down to the ends of the bamboo sticks. Secure it with hot glue. Let it dry completely.
Drill in the middle of the circle for the wire of your lighting fixture. Attach your lighting and you are done.
