Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp of butter
  • 2 cloves of Garlic
  • 1 green chili
  • 1 tsp of coriander leaves
  • Salt, to taste
  • 2 slices of bread
  • 1 slice of cheddar cheese
  • 1 slice of cheese, whatever you prefer

Directions:

Step 1

In a mixing bowl, add the butter, grated or minced garlic, green chili, and coriander leaves, and season with salt to taste. Mix them all together until well combined, then get 1 slice of bread, and spread it all over the top, set it aside. Get another slice of bread, then place 2 different types of cheese on top, and place the other garlic butter-covered slice of bread on top with its covered side facing up.

Step 2

Place a pan on a stove over low heat, then place the sandwich and flip it so that the garlic butter side is at the bottom of the pan. Now, spread some garlic butter all over the top of the sandwich that is uncovered and now facing up. Cover the pan with the lid, then toast the sandwich for about 2 minutes, flip, and toast for 1 more minute. Slice it in half diagonally, then serve, and enjoy!
