Most of the sauce for salads only has mayonnaise, but this amazing dressing is different. It is made from mayo, greek yogurt, honey, and apple cider vinegar. For the crumbled bacon, you can buy a store-bought, pan fry fresh bacon, or bake your bacon.

Thoroughly wash the broccoli crowns and place them in a large bowl. Then add the 1/2 cup of bacon crumbles, 1/2 cup of cheddar cheese, 1/4 cup of finely chopped onion, 1/4 cup of sunflower seeds, and 1/4 cup of raisins. Toss all ingredients together to combine.
Make the sauce in a separate bowl. Stir 1 cup of mayonnaise, 1 cup of plain yogurt, 3 tablespoons of honey, and 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar together. Combine until well blended and smooth.
Pour the sauce mixture over the broccoli salad and stir all ingredients until fully coated.
This bacon broccoli salad can be served right away but it’s best to place it first on the fridge and refrigerate for 2 hours.
