Meatballs. In a bowl, place the beef, pork, diced onion, garlic, breadcrumbs, egg, milk, salt, black pepper, white pepper, and allspice. Mix all ingredients with your hands. Form 18-22 meatballs.
Pour 1 tablespoon of olive oil into a large frying pan or skillet and place on medium-high heat. Once hot, add half of the meatballs to the pan and cook until browned. Transfer the meatballs to a tray.
Pour the remaining oil into the pan and cook the second batch. Place in the tray with the other meatballs once done.
Place the tray in the oven on 350 degrees F to finish cooking for 5 or 6 minutes while making the sauce.
Using the same pan, put butter and let it melt on medium heat. Add the flour and whisk it into the butter to form a roux.
Pour the beef stock a splash at a time while continuously stirring with a whisk until fully combined with no lumps. Next, add the vegetable stock and bring it to a boil. Then put the cream, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and mustard into the pan and stir to combine.
Place the meatballs back into the pan with the juices from the tray. Stir to coat the meatballs with the sauce and cook for an additional 4 minutes. Once done, it’s time to serve!
