Cut the chicken breast into small pieces, then put it into a bowl. Add 1 teaspoon of salt, 1 teaspoon of red chili powder, 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder, 2 tablespoons of vinegar, 2 tablespoons of chili sauce, and 1/2 cup of milk. Mix well, then cover with cling wrap. Place in the fridge for 1 hour.
In a big bowl, add 1 cup of all-purpose flour, 1/2 cup of corn flour, 1/2 teaspoon of salt, 1/2 teaspoon of crushed red chili, and 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder. Mix the dry ingredients.
In a small bowl crack one egg and whisk using a fork. Take the marinated chicken out from the fridge and pour the egg. Mix to combine.
Put and coat the chicken pieces into the flour mixture one at a time. Shake off the excess. Now add 1/2 cup of cold water to the remaining marinade mixture and mix. Dip the coated chicken pieces into the cold marinade and then coat with the flour mixture again. Remove the excess.
Fry the chicken in medium hot oil until golden brown. Enjoy while still hot.
