Use the rim of a glass to cut the center of the bread, then set aside the removed part of the bread for later. Melt some butter on a pan over medium-low heat, place the hollow bread, then crack the egg at the empty center, and season with salt and pepper to taste. Carefully beat the egg at the center of the bread, then top it with cheese, and cover with the removed part of the bread. Let it cook for a few minutes, then flip it over, and cook the other side. Serve and enjoy!

Crack the eggs in a bowl, then season them with salt, pepper, and paprika, and mix well. Add the parsley, green onion, and mozzarella cheese, then mix them well, and melt some butter on a pan over medium heat. Dip the bread in the egg mix, then fry it for about 2 to 3 minutes scooping out some cheese, parsley, and green onions, and putting them on top of the bread. Flip it over and cook the other side for another 2 minutes. Serve and enjoy!

In a small mixing bowl or cup, mix together the egg, green onion, bell pepper, salt, and black pepper, until well combined, then cut the inside of the bread. Melt some butter in a pan, then place the bread before pouring the egg mixture inside the empty center. Top it with cheese, then cover it with the part of the bread that was removed earlier, and fry it for about 3 to 5 minutes. Flip it over, then fry the other side for 2 more minutes. Serve and enjoy!

In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, salt, and pepper, until well combined before breaking the stale bread apart and adding it to the egg mixture. Toss the bread pieces until they are soaked in the egg mixture. Place the pan on a stove over medium-low heat, then add some oil, and let it heat app before adding the bread mixture. Let it cook for about 3 minutes covered, then flip it over and cook the other side. While cooking the other side of the bread, spread some tomato sauce on top, then sprinkle some mozzarella cheese, and top it with tomatoes. Sprinkle more cheese, then sprinkle with parsley, and let it cook covered for about 3 to 5 minutes. Serve and enjoy!
