Ground beef tacos
Warm salsa
Toppings (optional)
Step 1
Dip each piece of tortilla in oil quickly to soften them a bit, then set them aside. Add the beef to a large mixing bowl, then season it with onion powder, garlic powder, ground cumin, oregano, and salt or chicken bouillon. Using your hands, mix and squeeze the beef and seasonings together for at least 2 minutes to soften the meat until well combined. Lay the tortillas on a flat surface, then scoop the meat, and place it on one side of the tortilla pressing and spreading it lightly, make sure to leave a bit of border around one side of the tortilla to avoid an overflow. Fold the empty side of the tortilla over to cover the filling, then proceed to fill the rest of the tortilla.

Step 2
Boil the tomatoes and jalapeño until they are super soft, then proceed to fry the ground beef tacos in a pan filled with oil, and press it down. Let the tacos cook until nice, crispy, and golden brown, then drain off the excess oil and set aside. Sprinkle a bit of salt or any seasoning and flavor you want. In a food processor, add the cilantro, boiled tomatoes, and boiled jalapeños, then blend them together before adding the oregano, and squeezing half a lime, season it with salt to taste as well, and proceed to mix them together again. Taste the salsa and adjust if needed, then transfer it to a serving plate or cup. Fill the tacos with lettuce, grated cheese, chopped white onion, and cilantro, then drizzle the top with salsa. Serve and enjoy!
