Directions:
Fruit Platter #1
Cut the orange in half and thinly slice. On the platter, shape the orange slices into a big ring and start layering by adding fewer oranges to the middle, creating a rose shape. Peel the kiwis and slice them like the oranges. Place them on the bottom corners of the rose-shaped oranges.
Fruit Platter #2
Peel the mandarin skins and segregate each mandarin piece. Slice each piece in half. On a platter, shape small roses with the mandarin slices. Cut the kiwis in half and slice and carve one half into a flower. Place it in the center of the platter. Slice the other kiwis into thin half-moons and decorate them by placing them as the leaves of the mandarin roses.
Fruit Platter #3
Cut the orange in half and slice thinly into half-moons. On the platter, arrange them into half a ring shape. Slice the apple in half and cut out the seeds. Slice thinly, like the oranges. Place it on the other end of the orange half ring. Slice a lemon and squeeze it on the apple slices. Peel the kiwi skins and slice them into thin circles. Place a small cocktail glass in the center of the platter. Cover the bottom of the glass with the kiwi slices. Add the grapes to the open area between the orange and apple slices and the kiwi slices. Slice the lemon into pieces and peel the skins halfway. Place them around the cocktail glass and add a grape to the center.
