Preheat the oven to 425F.
Wash and peel the shrimp shell, devein, and leave the tails on.
Mince 3 garlic cloves.
In a large mixing bowl, toss in the minced garlic, peeled shrimp, 2 tbsp of olive oil, 1 ½ crushed red pepper, ½ tsp of salt, and ½ tsp ground pepper. Toss and combine the mixture evenly.
Place a sheet of aluminum foil on top of the baking sheet. Spread the shrimp mixture on the aluminum foil in a single layer. Roast the shrimp in the oven for 8–10 minutes at 425°F. Transfer the roasted shrimp to a serving platter and set it aside.
In a small mixing bowl, stir in ½ cup ketchup, 2 tbsp of horseradish, 1 ½ tsp of lemon juice, 1 tsp of tabasco, and ½ tsp of Worcestershire sauce.
In a cocktail glass, pour in the sauce with a spoon and place the shrimp in the glass. Add a slice of lemon as garnish.
