Step 1
Grind the biscuits in a food processor then transfer in a bowl, sift cocoa powder onto the biscuits and mix well. Add the melted butter then continue mixing. Pour the milk gradually and combine, much easier to knead into the dough if you use your hands. Transfer the dough onto parchment paper and flatten with a rolling pin. Cut the excess and form a rectangle.

Step 2
In a mixing bowl, put the whipping cream and sugar, then combine using a hand mixer. Add cream cheese until smooth and fluffy. Spread half of the mixture on top of the dough. Roll it up slowly using your parchment paper, fill the sides with the cream mixture, and re-roll together with the parchment paper. Chill in the refrigerator for 3-4 hours.
Step 3
Get the other half of the cream mixture and sift cocoa powder onto it, then mix thoroughly. Cut the edges of the roll before spreading the mixture onto it, make sure that the roll is covered with the cream and cocoa mixture. Decorate as you like using the leftover mixture and garnish with some candied cherries and mint leaves. You can also use desiccated coconut, shredded dark chocolate, or chopped nuts as garnish.
