Yesterday, I found this delicious-looking Greek lemon potatoes video recipe tutorial by My Favourite Foods By Christine Cushing, on Youtube, and I knew I had to serve it with some rib-eye steaks I was planning to grill. I usually always serve baked potatoes with steak, but it was time to really change things up a bit. These Greek lemon potato wedges look every bit as colorful and impressive as a stuffed baked potato, so I knew the entire presentation was not going to suffer one bit, because of this menu change.
