7 Layer Party Dip is a classic and so easy to make and so right for every occasion, whether it’s a Super Bowl Party or a New Year’s Eve Party, your guests will love this party dip! I made some this morning for my New Years Eve Party tonight and it was so easy, here’s how, you first brown your ground beef and drain off the fat, then add the tomatoes, green onion, and chopped black olives to the meat mixture.

Then I added a layer of refried beans to the bottom.

Then you add a layer of Monterey Jack mixed with cheddar cheese layer, your meat mixture layer and a layer of sour cream.

Then you add a delicious layer of Guacamole.

Then you add the rest of your ingredients and to with cheese and a garnish of chopped black olives.

This dip is absolutely delicious and everyone I know loves it, the 7 Layer Dip is a holiday favorite and will be perfect for any get together or potluck.

 

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups ground beef
  • 1 (16 ounce) can Refried Beans
  • 4 cups shredded Monterey Jack Cheese Blend
  • 1 (8 ounce) container Sour Cream
  • 1 cups Guacamole
  • 1 cup salsa
  • 1 (2.25 ounce) can black olives chopped
  • 1/2 cup chopped tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup chopped green onions

Directions:

  • In a large skillet, brown ground beef. Set aside to drain and cool to room temperature.
  • Spread the beans into the bottom of a 9×13 inch serving tray that is about 1 1/2 inches deep.
  • Sprinkle 2 cups of shredded cheese on top of beans.
  • Sprinkle beef on top of the cheese.
  • Spread sour cream very slowly on top of beef.
  • Spread guacamole on top of sour cream.
  • Pour salsa over guacamole and spread evenly.
  • Sprinkle remaining shredded cheese.
  • Sprinkle black olives, tomatoes, and green onions on top.
  • You can serve this dish immediately, or refrigerate it overnight and serve cold. I think it tastes better at room temperature.
