In the bowl of your stand mixer or mixing bowl, add 2 cups of powdered sugar, 1 cup of creamy peanut butter, and 6 tablespoons of room-temperature butter. Mix everything at low speed for about 1 minute or until it becomes smooth and creamy. It will look crumbly at first, but it will become smooth once all are mixed. Make sure to scrape down the sides.
Use a candy scoop or a tablespoon to portion out the batter, then use your clean hands to roll each into balls. Once done, place them in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes to let them chill.
Add the almond bark in a microwave-safe bowl. Melt in the microwave for 1 minute, stir it then microwave again for 30 seconds. If it’s still not melted, put it back for 20 seconds more.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Dip the peanut butter balls into the melted chocolate, scoop them out, and place on top of the parchment paper. Sprinkle some holiday candy on top. Place them in the refrigerator for a few minutes until they are set.
