Roast the nuts. Get a large bowl, and add 1/2 cup of almonds, 1/2 cup of peanuts, and 1 tablespoon of maple syrup. Transfer to the air-fryer basket and spread evenly. Sprinkle with salt and air-fry for about 10 minutes at 340F.
Break the dark chocolate into small pieces and place in the microwave. Melt and stir every 30 seconds.
Add the roasted nuts to the melted dark chocolate and stir until well-coated.
Prepare the baking tray by lining it with parchment paper. Spread the mixture into the prepared tray. Make sure it’s not too thin. Top it with some extra nuts, and place it in the freezer for about 30 minutes.
Once the chocolate is set, slice it into bite-sized pieces using a knife or you can break it up using your hands. You can serve it right away or place it in the fridge or freezer for later consumption.
