4-Ingredient Homemade Milk Chocolate Ice Cream

Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup of cocoa powder
- 2 cups of milk
- 3/4 cup of sugar
- 1 cup of cold whipping cream

Instructions:
Step 1:
In a bowl, add 1/4 cup of cocoa powder, 2 cups of milk, and 3/4 cup of sugar. Whisk the ingredients vigorously until the sugar dissolves.
Step 2:
Place a pan over medium heat. Pour the mixture and stir continuously so it will not burn. Boil until it is reduced by half. You will get this consistency then turn off the heat. Let the mixture cool completely. Continuously stir it while cooling. Set it aside.
Step 3:
Pour 1 cup of cold whipping cream into a bowl. Beat the whipping cream at medium speed using a hand mixer until you get a soft peak.
Step 4:
Pour the chocolate mixture little by little into the whipped cream then beat at low speed after every addition until well mixed.
Step 5:
Transfer your ice cream into a container and spread evenly using a spatula. Cover with the lid. Place in the freezer for 7-8 hours. After that, scoop some then serve on a plate. Enjoy this delicious homemade ice cream!
