Snow globes are fun during the holidays, and they bring Christmas cheer. Make your own with this DIY by Salmonde – Crafts – Food – Life on YouTube using items from the Dollar Tree. This project inspires me to make one for myself and for my friends as a gift. I know my friend has been wanting a snow globe since she’s never had one in her entire life. I think it would be a thoughtful gift to make for someone and have it personalized with some of their favorite things inside. In this tutorial, she shows 4 different ways to make a snow globe such as the traditional liquid-filled snow globes, waterless snow globe, lit snow globe, and snow blowing.
First, for the first globe that is the traditional style, use the Dollar Tree snow globe kit. Glue on the Dollar Tree action figures onto the base and add the Iridescent shred white confetti. Continue to watch Salmonde tutorial on YouTube for full instructions and details for the different snow globe styles.

Next, for the base of the inside of the snow globe, use glycerin mixed with water.
Overall, snow globes are a holiday Christmas classic, and I want to make a few of these to give to my friends as a gift.
