Absolutely delicious! Schnelle Rezepte has created a masterpiece with this recipe. These are a staple at my home now. They are perfect to throw into school lunches, bring to gatherings, or even just for a quick snack at home. They also make a great way to get more fruit into your diet. These adorable and yummy clouds would make a perfect snack to bring to a child’s birthday party or a school party.

Ingredients Needed For This Recipe:

  • Frozen Strawberries
  • Instant Gelatin
  • Powdered Sugar

Directions:

Step One

Put your frozen strawberries into a blender and make them into a frozen puree. Make sure you blend out any chunks of strawberry that might remain in the mixture. Pour the puree into a bowl

Step Two

In the bowl with puree, add your instant gelatin. Mix the gelatin thoroughly, till it is evenly blended throughout the puree.

Step Three

Add the powdered sugar into the bowl. Put the mixture into a pot on the stove and bring it to a simmer. While you wait for it to come to a simmer, place some parchment or wax paper into a glass pan.

Step Four

As the mixture cools, use a hand mixer to beat it. It should form a whipped consistency.

Step Five

Pour the strawberry mixture into the pan with parchment paper. Spread it out evenly across the pan.

Step Six

Place the pan into the refrigerator to cool and set for a few hours. Once it is cooled, you can take it out of the refrigerator and flip it out of the pan. Cut the cloud into squares, or you could even use a cookie cutter to make the clouds into different shapes.
