The weather is getting warmer, and I love it so much! I am not a fan of winter since I love ice cream and I get cold easily. But now that it’s almost spring, I can enjoy my favorite comfort food anytime I want. There are a ton of homemade ice cream recipes I have already tried, like this 3-Ingredient Chocolate Ice Cream Recipe or this 3-Ingredient Coffee Ice Cream Recipe. They are both delicious, but this time I wanted to try something different.

I love drinking lemonade, especially cucumber lemonade. It is just so refreshing and lemony – perfect for this season. I have never tried lemon-flavored ice cream before, that’s why I decided to make this 3-ingredient lemon ice cream recipe by PERFECT RECIPES. This homemade recipe is super easy to make and does not require any ice cream machine. Sure enough, it turned out amazing. I also added blueberry topping to compliment the lemon flavor, and it was heavenly. It’s definitely worth the try.

- 1/2 cup of sweetened condensed milk
How to Make Lemon Ice Cream
Step 1:
Start by zesting two lemons. Do not grate the white part of the lemon as it is bitter.

Slice the lemons in half and squeeze the juice. You will need about 1 2/3 cups or 13.5 fluid oz.
Step 3:
Add the zest in a bowl, followed by the sweetened condensed milk and lemon juice. Whisk until well combined.
Step 4:
Add the fresh cream in a different bowl. Beat until creamy.
Step 5:
Combine the lemon condensed milk into the cream. Whisk until well combined.
Step 6:
Transfer to a freezer proof container and cover with cling wrap. Place it in the freezer for about 5 to 6 hours, preferably overnight. Serve and enjoy!
