This super easy-to-make flatbread from Bigger Bolder Baking on Youtube will only need three ingredients to make! It’s the perfect recipe if you’re just starting to make bread and also perfect if you just like some of these to snack on. They really taste amazing, and I’m sure your family will love this! 

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup yogurt
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 tsp baking powder

Optional topping:

  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 2 – 3 cloves of minced garlic
  • chopped parsley
  • a pinch of salt

Directions:

Step 1

In a bowl, combine the all-purpose flour and baking powder. Mix well. After this, add the yogurt and continue mixing until well combined. Once the texture becomes crumbly, switch mixing with your hands and pull it together until it forms a ball. Now, gently flour your working surface and transfer the dough. Cut the dough into six equal pieces and roll each into a little ball. After this, roll each with a rolling pin at around 8″ x 8″ size.

Step 2

You can brush the rolled-out dough with a butter-garlic mixture if you want at this point. Heat a large frying pan over medium heat, then carefully take your bread dough and place it into the frying pan. Let it cook for around two to three minutes on each side.
