This thick, creamy, and rich chocolate ice cream is heaven-sent! With just 3 ingredients, you can make this yummy cold treat by Nino’s home. Yes, this doesn’t require a machine – all you need is a whisk. People of all ages will surely love this chocolatey goodness. Enjoy it on a warm day with your friends or family.
In a large mixing bowl, add 1 2/3 cups of whipping cream. If you are in a warm environment, place your whisk and bowl in the fridge for about 20 minutes before making the ice cream. You can also make an ice bowl and place your mixing bowl on top to keep the temperature cool and make your work easier.
Whisk everything together for about 5 to 7 minutes until it’s soft and creamy. Make sure not to overwhip it! You can also use a machine if you have one.
Add a half cup of milk condensed milk and a half cup of cocoa powder to the whipped cream. Immediately mix everything until well incorporated. Quickly whisk it as the whipping cream to maintain the right consistency. It should be smooth and thick.
Transfer the mixture to a freezer-safe container and flatten the top. It should be compact and not runny. Cover it with a cling wrap and place it in the freezer for about four to six hours.
After four to six hours, your ice cream is ready. Use a scoop or a spoon to get the ice cream and serve it in a bowl. Enjoy it with your whole family!
