- avocado (pitted and peeled)
- salami slices or any protein of your choice
- sliced cucumber
- sliced tomato
- sliced red onion
- feta cheese
- extra virgin olive oil
Cream cheese wrap
- tortilla
- avocado (pitted, peeled, and sliced)
- sliced apple
- arugula
- chopped walnut
- cream cheese
- honey
Hummus wrap
- tortilla
- avocado (pitted, peeled, and sliced)
- fire roasted red pepper (sliced)
- thinly sliced cucumber
- hummus
- extra virgin olive oil
- salt and pepper

Instructions:

Step 1:
Warm the tortilla and add avocado. Gently mash it with a fork, then season with salt and pepper.
Step 2:
Add sliced salami, cucumber, tomato, and red onion. next, sprinkle crumbled feta cheese on top then lightly drizzle extra virgin olive oil.
Step 3:
Fold the sides towards the center then roll. Slice in half, then serve.
