Peel the bananas and slice them into small pieces. Place in a food processor and mash or puree the bananas. You can also use a fork to mash them. Transfer to a bowl once done.
Add 1 cup of sesame seeds to the mashed bananas and mix until well combined. Next, add the other cup and stir until well incorporated.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Get a small round mold and place it on the parchment paper on the baking sheet. Add some mixture into the mold. Press it and flatten it using a silicone spoon. Repeat for the remaining sesame banana mixture. Make sure to leave enough spaces in between each cake.
Place inside the oven and bake them at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for about 25 to 30 minutes or until brown on the edges and crispy.
Once done baking, let them cool for a while before serving. Enjoy!
