- 3 1/2 tbsp butter
- 1 1/5 cups whipping cream
- 3 tbsp sugar
- 10 pcs. strawberries
- 1 tbsp icing sugar

Lay your pastry sheet and cut it into twelve pieces. Put them in a parchment paper lined baking tray and brush some melted butter over. Place them in a 350 degrees F oven and bake for fifteen minutes. In the mean time, make the strawberry filling.
