These remind me of little birds nests! Kids love this concept…most of them will actually eat spaghetti and meatballs when they’re served like this! This is such a fun way to serve these up and they taste scrumptious! I’m high-fiving the woman who came up with this idea!
I was in the mood for spaghetti and meatballs the other night and ran across this recipe right after I started having a craving . It was late at night so I had to wait, darnit! What I did do was jump up and make these the next day! These are as heavenly as they look. I used shredded parmesan cheese in mine, so it melted all over the top of these. I will definitely be making these again. My kids love them. They also make great appetizers for a party…presentation is everything!
