Add 4 eggs, 1 cup of sugar, vanilla essence, 1/2 cup of vegetable oil, and 1 cup of warm milk into a bowl. Whisk everything for 1 minute.
Sift 1 1/2 cups of flour, 1/2 cup of cocoa powder, and 1 tablespoon of baking powder into a bowl. Mix until well combined.
Transfer the wet ingredients to the dry mixture. Mix until well combined.
Grease your mold with butter on all sides, then line it with parchment paper on the bottom. Transfer the mixture to the prepared mold. Place in a preheated oven at 356F and bake for 40 minutes.
Make the filling while baking the cake. In a clean bowl, add the white chocolate and 2 cups of hot cooking cream. Mix everything until just combined. Add a tablespoon of butter and 1 cup of powdered milk while continuously mixing.
Remove the cake from the mold, cut it into a rectangle, and then in half.
Clean the mold and cover it with plastic on all sides. Place the other half of the cake, then pour the filling. Top it with the other half of the cake then cover it with plastic. Freeze it for about 4 hours.
Remove from the mold and sprinkle milk powder on top. Serve and enjoy!
