Craving for some delicious chicken wings? You don’t need to go out of your house to satisfy your hunger because you can now recreate Wingstop’s famous garlic parmesan-flavored chicken wings through this video tutorial by Stephanie Manley on YouTube!

Ingredients:

  • 2 pounds of chicken wings
  • 2 cups of flour
  • 2 teaspoons of seasoned salt
  • ½ teaspoon of cayenne pepper
  • ½ teaspoon of ground black pepper
  • ¼ cup of butter
  • 2 teaspoons of garlic powder
  • 2 tablespoons of Parmesan cheese
  • Parsley, for garnish, if desired

Directions:

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 350 degrees temperature. In a mixing bowl, mix together the flour, seasoned salt, cayenne pepper, and ground black pepper until uniform. Cut the chicken wings, then dredge each piece of them in the flour mixture, then set them aside. In a deep and large pan, heat up some oil to about 350 degrees, then start frying the coated chicken wings in batches to not overcrowd the pan for about 5 to 7 minutes or until they are beginning to brown, then place them on top of a wire rack to drain off excess oil, and continue frying the rest of the wings.

Step 2

Next, put the wings inside the preheated oven, then let it bake for about 15 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through. Prepare a small pan, then melt some butter, and add garlic powder, give them a good stir to combine. Once the wings are done baking, place them into a large mixing bowl, then stir in half of the parmesan cheese into the melted butter mixture, and pour it onto the wings. Gently toss them together until all signs are evenly coated. Garnish the wings with more parmesan cheese, then serve, and enjoy!
