There are no specific measurements to make this at home. It is packed with meat, vegetables, cheese, egg, and hash browns. You can choose from ham, bacon, sausage, or whatever meat you prefer. Yes, you can customize it however you like. You can even add mushrooms to add some umami flavor. It is super easy to prepare and definitely worth trying.

Add lots of butter on your griddle over medium heat. Once melted, add the hash browns and mix it well with the butter. Flatten into a thin layer. Let it brown up until it’s about 90% cooked.
Season your hash brown. Add more butter to the side of your griddle and add the vegetables. On the other side, add the diced ham. Cook until browned.
Once you see it browning on the edges, pour the beaten egg on top and work it into the hash brown. Immediately, add the sliced cheese.
Sprinkle the browned ham across, followed by the sautéed veggies.
Cut the hash brown into parts then fold them over. Serve and enjoy!
