Once your milk is at 110F, add the instant dry yeast. Mix, cover, and set it aside for about 5 minutes.
In a bowl of a stand mixer, add the milk with dry yeast, melted butter, sugar, a pinch of salt, and eggs. Mix on medium-speed setting.
Gradually add the flour to the wet ingredients while mixing. Make sure to stop in between, and scrape the edges to make sure everything is mixed. It should form into a dough. Place it in a bowl and cover with cling wrap. Set it aside and let it rise for about an hour.
Sprinkle some flour over your working surface and place the dough. Knead it for a little bit and form it into a ball.
Roll it flat with a rolling pin. Make sure not to make it too thin. Once it’s ready, cut rings using a donut cutter. Place them on a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Cover the tray and let it rise for about 45 minutes.
Place a deep pan or Dutch oven over your stovetop, and fill it with a generous amount of oil. Once the oil is at 375 degrees F, add the rings and cook until both sides are golden brown. Transfer to a cooling rack with a baking tray at the bottom to catch excess oil.
Make the glazing by mixing all ingredients in a bowl.
Glaze the doughnuts with the glazing. Let them set, then it’s ready to serve. Enjoy!
